David Valdes new endorser of Ibanez.
David Valdes is now officially the new endorser of Ibanez guitars
prestigious brand. "Currently I have 4 guitars .. my new Ibanez Rg 2627ZE
with active EMG pickups, two of them PGM301 customized and customized 1527
Rg. Recently I changed my pick ups in some of them, I have always used
Dimarzio Tone Zone, but from now use Dimarzio D-Sonic, one of the best
discoveries I have made on this picks because it gives me the sound is what
I always wanted.

Valdes composition is in the midst of his third instrumental.
I am currently working on what will be my third instrumental album, I
think there will be 10 or 13 songs. The issues are some what different from
what I've been doing until now, has long wanted to do something darker and
genres, with more powerful rhythm guitars. In my job, "Imhotep" I used a 7-string
guitar on several songs and I realized that I really liked, so I decided to
make this new album with a rhythm guitar tuned to Bb for all items. As for
the solos, I'm in the same vein of my previous work, besides I'm trying to
play more Tapping technique and introducing many more tunes in dark and
melodic phrases, perhaps I would say that "not have much guitar solo" and I
mix more guitar riffs and melodies deep, for the moment the material I have
is really cool and dark. I think it still will take to finish and publish it
because I have little time to play, but I imagine it will be ready by the
end of this year, or at least I hope so.

New
exercises TOTAL GUITAR magazine "Exercises neoclassic"
We enter a new section of exercises for Total Guitar magazine, in which
David works with three exercises in each issue of the magazine. In this new
section provides 18 new exercises David Neoclassical divided into 6 sections,
combining varied techniques focused on Heavy & Power Metal style. A novelty
is that the exercises are fast, slow and also with her for backing track ,
and the followers of these exercises to apply the technique and speed of the
examples.
